Along with impactful design work, I also facilitate transformative workshops that dive into collective creative flow state, co-creating through silent meditation and connecting with nature. Inspired by the years of creative and spiritual practise, this experience is designed to tap into the healing potentials of group transformative experiences, to develop trust and strength as a community.
About the Workshop
We embark on a journey to connect with ourselves, each-other and the great outdoors through a silent co-creative process. Collecting natural materials we find in natural surroundings, this experience is a playful exploration into the collaborative process of making something together without talking about it. With so many polarising discussions happening out there in the world today - How do we work together in peaceful harmony? And what states can we enter together when we let go of our egos and final outcomes to dive into the freedom of pure expression?
